Angel Mbele is an operational excellence practitioner, coach, and consultant with more than two decades of experience leading improvement work across mining, manufacturing, financial services, and logistics.
Trained as a Chemical Engineer and later qualified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, and Black Belt trained, she has spent her career helping organisations move past quick fixes to understand the systems, people, and decisions that truly drive performance — most recently as Principal Advisor for Operational Excellence at a mining company in KZN.
Angel is the founder of CraftandClarity, a coaching and consulting practice built around a simple belief: that no underperforming operation is beyond repair, and that fixing the system is always more powerful than blaming the people inside it — a philosophy she carries from the playroom to the boardroom, using story and play to introduce children to systems thinking long before they ever lead one.
